No, implant does not damage tooth sinusus. Under normal conditions, damage to the sinuses is not expected in implant treatments performed by an experienced physician. While evaluating the maxilla, if the dental implant is placed even though the volume of the bone is not suitable for the implant , the tip of the implant may damage the sinus cavity.
